I need your help!

Happy Halloween, everyone! Last week I dropped off pumpkins to friends/clients of mine and asked them if they'd like to participate in a little contest for Halloween. I let them know I'd be be letting all of you vote for the best and most creative pumpkin creation, and the winner would get to choose a prize!

Thanks to everyone that submitted a pumpkin, now it's time for y'all to vote!

The first closing of the year was a special one! I was lucky enough to be able to help Sara Albanese and Eliezer Valencia on the purchase of their first home, that we were able to find off-market! Sara and Eli got engaged the other month, and just a short time later they were able to find their first home just a couple houses down from her parents. They have a bright future ahead and I couldn't be happier for them!
