This is a long one but have to share. Never a dull moment in Real Estate!
Last year, I listed my sellers’ home while they were under contract on a house they absolutely fell in love with. We had a deadline to get their home sold, but despite all efforts, we couldn’t make it happen in time and had to terminate the contract on their dream home. It was heartbreaking for everyone involved.
The very next month, we successfully sold my sellers’ home — and in a beautiful turn of events, they ended up inheriting a family home, so everything worked out exactly how it was supposed to.
Fast forward to today… the sellers of the home we originally went under contract on reached out to me after their property sat on the market for nearly 8 months. They had terminated their agreement with their previous listing agent and trusted me to get the job done.
Not only did we get it sold, but we sold it OFF MARKET at the exact price we originally planned to list it for and closed in just 45 days with their buyer who had a sale contingency and their buyer had a sale contingency.
It was a gamble and we were all on pins and needles but glad it all worked out. We had a Time! The End 🙏
Real estate is full of twists, turns, delays, and disappointments — but sometimes things come full circle exactly when they’re meant to. So ecstatic for my sellers to finally close this chapter after such a long journey! The big smiles on their faces truly made my year. Congratulations ✨
