Another one! 🎉 You know the market is improving when young faces start to purchase homes! I have seen a ton of first-time homebuyers jump into the market this year and I love to see it!

I loved working with you Kareem and Pierra! On their first set of showings, they fell in love with one of the homes and wanted to make an offer! I had to take a pause and say “Are you guys sure? Cause this basically never happens.” They were sure!

One of my favorite couples that I’ve had the pleasure of helping! What started out as a lead from way out near Athens turned out to be one of my favorite transactions.

Taking hour-and-a-half drives is much more rewarding while knowing that I get to help people start their new lives together and not only be a part of one of the biggest transactions in their life but one of the biggest moments of their lives.

Another condo in Park Central sold! Another Pulte new construction home sold!🎉 These were two sets of buyers who were fantastic to work with, and I met both through open houses from my listings in Cu***ng, Midtown, and even Buckhead. (One couple actually came through two of them!)

I have always believed in the power of open houses. I sold my previous Park Central listing this year from an open house, which has now led to yet another Park Central sale, helping another agent and homeowner get their condo sold as well.

🏙️So happy to get another unit sold in one of the most well managed buildings in Midtown! My sellers were great through the process. Although the Midtown condo market has faced a steep hill of competition in the past 12 months, they understood the plan and carried on. With the help of Zillow Showcase, we were able to get this one back on market after some light renovations and ended up going under contract soon afterwards. I am glad I could help another family move into a new chapter in their life and wish them well!

📍The Westside of Atlanta should be anyone's go to location if you are looking in the North Atlanta Highschool district! The homes here are fantastic with many new builds in the area. The location is just minutes from Midtown, Buckhead, and the Battery. Also, the area has a HUGE expanse of things to do with all of the developments in recent years.

🎉After meeting my buyers at the open house for my Peachtree Corners listing, we were able to find them this great home over in Berkely Lake. While they were incredible people to work with, the journey to this home was a reminder that the real estate market in areas of Johns Creek, Dunwoody, and Peachtree Corners is still incredibly competitive for well-maintained homes. Plenty of the homes we saw were gone in a weekend and the lingering frantic nature of 2021 was in the air. Luckily, this property had a mid-week price reduction, and we were able to jump on the opportunity. I hope the whole family can enjoy this home for many years to come!

My seller had been through a ton when it came to fixing up this property. Finally, the plan was just to slow down and take the time to build the entire home back up from the original framing. The final product was practically a new construction home that was sitting on 5 acres! Try finding that in a new construction community. So happy to get this under contract and becoming one step closer to getting it sold!

After taking around 2 months to fix up the property, we finally got it on market just for one of the biggest weekends for tornados and storms to come through the day after listing! Thankfully, everything went well. The home survived the storm. We picked up lovely buyers for the home and the seller is on his way back home to Louisiana to enjoy his time there! Glad we could help!
