📉 Pending Sales: DOWN 29.4%
📉 Closed Sales: DOWN 15.9%
⏱️ Days on Market: DOWN 4.9%
💰 Average Sales Price: UP 2.3%
🎯 List Price Received: UNCHANGED at 97.4%
🏘️ Inventory (Detached Homes): UP 7.1%
📦 Months Supply of Inventory: UP 4.1%

The Takeaway:
We are currently operating in a balanced market. Buyers have more choices, sellers are still getting a solid percentage of their asking price, and the scales are leaning closer toward a buyer’s market.
