🔹 I have a listing coming up in the next few weeks and I’m working on a strategy to get it sold quickly and for the Seller the get the most out of his investment. AND.. so their sweet family can move on to their next chapter.
It all comes down to the price, condition of the home, and exposure.
Price: We are in a different market today than we were even a month ago. It may not be what you want to hear but if you want your house to sell and not sit, this matters. TRUST ME. 💁🏻♀️
Conditions: Curb appeal matters. Buyers don’t want to see all the little things they have to do to clean up, repair or replace. They want turn-key. They can be this way because it’s kinda their market right now.
Exposure: I’ve got that covered. 🙌🏻
