Yep. Know shocker here. Zillow is useless. So is opendoor, offerpad, etc. Do not use them or they’re services for anything. But like us and many other real estate professionals have said for years Zillow does not know what real property is worth.

Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm is looking to bring on additional Certified Appraisers to help our company grow and expand to cover additional areas of GA. Appraiser must have experience and willing to complete a number of appraisal reports per week/month. Our company provides competitive fee splits, E&O insurance, signing bonuses, etc.

Duties include:
*Must be able to work independently
*Manage appraisal orders to meet deadlines
