Selling local New Hampshire plow company with 4 yr old customer list and 3 trucks + misc - $35k
60 customers on route spread between Londonderry, Hudson, Derry, and Manchester. 4 commercial accounts. Mixed plowing and shoveling residential customers. Dispatch at 2.5 inches, sales under 6" for full route completed with one pass is $3200 approx - for over 6" is $5500 per pass, charged per visit.
Customers are all trained on paying via email from quickbooks and 88% pay same day as invoiced. Also trained to communicate via email only. Under 6" route takes 4 hours ($3200 per visit) - 5- 6" route takes around 5.5 hours - 3 drivers 2 shovelers. Most customers are pretty easy. Route comes with all contact info for each customer and directions for each stop.
Comes with 3 inspectable plow trucks one with a spreader and two snow blowers.
All trucks were purchased as "never plowed" before I owned them. I equipped each one with minute mounts. They were fleet maintained (I have 6 other box trucks, 5 trailers, and 2 more f350's for my other business) so these were all in the maintenance rotation. Oil changes and maintenance done on the dot. Trucks are work trucks though so don't expect leather and fancy stereos. Entire fleet undercoated at the beginning of each season. Route is 4 years old and stable. Route is divided into 3 routes.
2nd year truck - 2002 f350 super duty - 150k - led light bar and strobes - crew cab - 8.5 minute mount - 2 yard sander spreader (2 years old poly)
2nd year truck - 2002 f250 super duty super crew with led light bar, strobes, 155k miles on it and 8 ft minute mount
1st year truck - 1997 Silverado 1500 z71 4x4 short bed single cab - don't under estimate this one, it's my best truck!! Only 62k miles on it, one owner, garaged, it's only owner was a mechanic, in EXCELLENT SHAPE. like new. Never plowed until this winter. Best truck ever to slam out driveways or congested areas. Runs like a top - v8 350.
One brand new never used arians 28" snow blower being sold at Home Depot for $1500
Two season old craftsman 28" snow blower - paid $1200 for it 2 years ago, stored inside. Tuned each season. Like new.
Total price for EVERYTHING - less than one seasons worth of plowing pays for the entire operation and setup, the route, the trucks, the blowers, sander, everything on a good snowfall year the route sales are 60k.
The price is $35,000 - Payment in full. No payment plans I'm not a bank, real buyers, no dreamers sorry...
