Mei is at the new home construction site for before drywall walk through with buyer and builder contractor.
Appreciate builder is willing to treat these blacken beams that makes us worry.
As a realtor, I strongly recommend any new home buyer hire an experienced inspector to do the Before Drywall and Before Orientation walk through inspection. It is worth it. Now, with the speedy new home construction schedule and cost down concerns, a lot of older built home do have its strength. It all depends Buyer’s preference. Some like it old, some like it new.
