Let’s hear from Transaction Coordinator Jodie Willits.

What’s your favorite part about your job?
🏡My favorite part of my job sounds crazy to most people, but it’s actually the process and the paperwork and the checklists. All those things are necessary for a smooth transaction! I love receiving a new contract or listing just as much as I love when it gets to the closing table!

What do you do in your free time when you’re not working?
🏡When I’m not working on real estate or working my full-time job with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, I have a side business making one-of-a-kind T-shirts with my mom, called Ripped & Reborn. My husband, Rich and I also love to go to concerts, go camping in our RV, anywhere warm and with sand, and we absolutely love to open up our home and entertain!

What’s the biggest piece of advice you’d give to someone looking to buy or sell?
🏡My piece of advice would be to be realistic in your expectations, and to make sure that you have an excellent real estate team that will look out for your best interest!
