With freezing temperatures expected in the area, we want to remind everyone to take a few simple steps to help protect your apartment and prevent burst pipes or water damage.

❄️ Please do the following:
• Keep your heat ON and set to at least 65°, even if you are away
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
• Allow faucets to drip slowly (hot and cold), especially overnight
• Close and secure all windows and doors
• Report any leaks, no heat, or water issues immediately to the office or emergency maintenance

🏠 If you plan to be out of town, please ensure your apartment is properly prepared before leaving.

Taking these steps helps protect not only your home, but the entire community. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep everyone safe and warm.
