For the last almost five years that I have been in Georgia I have been a team member, a solo agent, a freshly postpartum mom who showed houses just hours after a C-Section. «à
I have always devoted almost 100% of my time and energy to my business and my clients - when I wasn't pouring my everything into this, I was trying to balance being a present mom and wife.
I have learned so much these past five years. I have hung my license at several brokerages. I have grown my personal business large enough to be the number one agent in my office. I've won awards and l am proud of the business I have today. But there comes a point in every entrepreneur's journey where they have to lean on others to continue to grow - because truly you cannot do it all on your own.
I never in a million years thought I would have my own team, but it just made sense.
And when I decided this would be the best next step for me, two amazing people stepped up to work by my side.
I am grateful that my trusted photographer, videographer and friend has joined my team. Billy pours his entire soul and heart into every single piece of content we put out. He devotes hours daily to making sure listings are shown in the best light and that sellers are getting the most exposure their property can possibly get. His expertise in marketing and media elevates our team and the experience for our clients more than I could ever dream of doing myself.
Kelsey is a new Realtor who comes in with many personal connections that I love see come to fruition in real estate. She reminds me so much of myself when I was new. She is hungry to succeed, ready to work as hard as she can so that her clients have the best real estate experience. I am humbled that she trusts me to show her the way and work hand in hand
- I do not take that honor lightly!
Reflecting on my personal experiences as a team member, I have designed a team structure that is like no other. One where everyone wins and grows.
