After 15 years as renter, my client took the jump into home ownership. After months of searching neighborhoods, researching, 27 showings, endless disclosures and reports reviewed, this little charmer checked all of the boxes! I am excited to share that after a couple rounds of negotiations my buyer is under contract! Closing day coming soon.

SOLD. Who says you can’t teach an old listing new tricks? 😉🏡 The best real estate deals aren't always about price. It's about getting creative.

This property had been on and off the market for 3+ YEARS.

My buyer wanted a deal.
The seller wanted a solution.
And we weren't ready to give up. 😏 Even after being told no to several of our buyer's offers.

Four months of negotiating, strategizing, and courting the seller… we had a deal. ✨ Seller financing to the rescue.

Buyer got the price and terms that worked.
Seller got the property sold and an income stream.
And the seller did not have to remove any of the furniture. They just got to walk away.

That’s what we call a real estate WIN-WIN.

In a slower market, sitting around waiting for the “perfect” buyer or the highest price isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes you need to get creative, think differently, negotiate a little harder, and find the opportunity hiding in the terms. That’s where having an agent who knows how to leverage the market can make all the difference.

Three years on the market. Four months of persistence. One creative solution. DONE. ✔️

PENDING: Our newest listing in Hillcrest, San Jose went under contract fast (too fast, I was not able to get our cute house song out before pending). Only 7 days on the market, 1 weekend of open houses, and pending over the list price. Prepping the house, paint, repairs, landscaping in a slower market pays off! Plus amazing sellers that listened to our guidance. 😉
