I want to talk about two areas almost nobody's paying attention to yet. Downtown San Jose's Diridon Station is getting a major upgrade, with a new BART line already under construction connecting it all the way through to Santa Clara.

The second one is over in Milpitas, near the mall and its own BART stop. The city just signed off on a huge redevelopment plan there, we're talking thousands of jobs and a real mix of new homes and green space.

Both of these are still in the early stages, and honestly that's the best time to pay attention, before everyone else catches on.
