This morning, in a workshop hosted by the Bay East Association of REALTORS® in collaboration with SILVAR and other local Associations, retired Army Master Sergeant Maurice Taylor shared tactical situational awareness strategies to help REALTORS® spot predatory behavior, secure showings, and establish safety protocols.

Taylor opened the presentation by reminding members, "Your life and safety always come first no matter what."
