I couldn’t be more proud of myself for starting these petunias from seed! 🌱🌸

They definitely had a slow start, and there were moments when I wondered if they were ever going to take off. But now, at the end of August, seeing them so full, colorful, and happy makes all that patience worth it. 💕

There’s just something extra special about watching something grow from a tiny seed into this. 🌸🐝

A few of our August blooms 🌸🌿

Our experimental cut flower garden didn’t exactly go as planned this year 😅, but we’re finally getting a few beautiful blooms—and I am absolutely in love with these big snapdragons! 💕🌷

Gardening is always a little bit of experimenting, learning, and trying again. I’m already looking forward to next year and seeing how the garden grows, especially with the beautiful petunias and irises I was gifted. 🌱💐

Every year, a little more color and a little more learning. 🐝🌸

We just harvested another batch of fresh produce and put it out by the road for anyone who would like some! 💚

Today we have:
🥒 LOTS of cucumbers
🥒 Pickling cucumbers
💚 Zucchini
🌿 Two varieties of fresh basil
🍅 A few fresh tomatoes

Everything is fresh from our garden and available while supplies last. Come grab what you can use and enjoy some locally grown goodness! 🌱🐝

We have extra fresh cucumbers and zucchini from our garden available at the end of our driveway! Take what you can use — free-will donations are welcome, but not required. 💚

Throughout the rest of the summer, we’ll continue putting out whatever extra produce our garden gives us. It may be every day or two depending on what’s ready, and I’ll try to post updates from time to time.

The zinnias had a very slow start this year, but they were worth the wait! 🌸🌼🧡

They’re finally blooming and putting on such a beautiful show around the garden. Every day brings a little more color, and we’re loving watching them come to life. 🌿✨

Sometimes the late bloomers surprise you the most! 💐
