The Hidden Canyon Ranch Absolute Real Estate Auction has concluded. A “full house” at the Bradeen Auctions facility, as well as many online bidders paid $3,363,380 for the 1470 acre ranch, equating to $2,288 per acre. This impressive, “Old West” ranch, once owned by Governor Walter Dale Miller, sold to 2 buyers, 3 tracts to an adjoining neighbor and the headquarters tract to a Pennsylvania investor. We were working for the Roger Hansen Estate. The ranch was located 11 miles NE of Dewey SD in Western Custer County. Thank you to all interested buyers, my auction team, Auctioneer/Broker Jeff Storm and to the Hansen family for entrusting us to market this beautiful property….. Auctions work!
