Erica grew up in Mattituck, now resides in Jamesport, and has not only become an active member in the community, but has fallen in love with the atmosphere and character of the North Fork. Erica is honored to be secretary on the board of Kaits Angels, a nonprofit organization provides financial support, emotional assistance, and other services to local community members with health issues, employment interruption, and other emergencies. Graduating from SUNY Cortland with a bachelor's degree in English, through studying the English language Erica has mastered the skill of communication and she now prides herself in being an avid listener and an effective communicator both verbal and written. Through open communication and loyalty, Erica has a history of building trusting relationships that grow and live beyond the transaction. Erica values communication and works hard to keep her clients informed by returning calls and e-mails promptly and providing feedback regarding showings. Technology, with a focus on social media and online marketing is the foundation for our current real estate market, and Erica understands and effortlessly speaks the language of internet marketing, social media, and technology.
