Good afternoon! We know this rainy weather really is throwing us all a curveball going into this fall, but don’t you think we forgot about CORE AERATION!! Just before we get into full blown leaf season (no pun intended) we like to do a full aeration and overseed service which entails the following:
- Checking with YOU the client to see if you have any invisible fences, irrigation systems, or any other lines ran below the surface of the grass to ensure no damage is made
- Make sure grass height is at a length that can be left for 1.5 - 2 weeks
- Core aerate applicable areas by plugging holes throughout the yard
- Going back over with a slow germinating grass see that will be able to get deep into the soil and establish a great foundation for the upcoming spring.

- Creating a more “breathable” environment for your yard by increasing O2 production
- Allowing grass to thicken and strengthen pre existing roots
- Recirculating the soil by pulling out the plugs from the ground and dropping them on top
