Closing day is always more fun with confetti!! This sweet family called me on New Year’s Day after seeing my sign in front of one of my listings. The husband’s job transferred him to Houston and they needed to find a house. And figure out what area of town they wanted to live in! So we did some exploring and looked at a lot of houses over a 4 day period. Great schools, nice amenities and within a 30 minute drive from his work. That was the criteria. It all came together when we toured a gorgeous home in Harper’s Preserve.

It had just come on the market so we submitted an offer quickly and after some negotiating, we were under contract! The whole transaction was super smooth - working with an amazing lender (Armani Loan Officer), wonderful title company (Texas American Title) and a professional agent on the other side of the deal.

So so happy for my clients and their new beginning in TEXAS!!
