For those that think since you're buying a new construction home I shouldn't need a home inspection I have a few pics that will make you rethink that. The pic of the water heater venting in the attic was caught at the 1 year inspection..yes it had been venting harmful gasses In the attic for almost a year..scary!

The pic on bottom right is proper installation.

11 month warranties.. if you bought a new construction home in 2022 dont forget to schedule an inspection to have the builder repair any issues you came across after closing. Call me and I will get you on the schedule. Happy new year.

Winterize your homes folks. We have cold weather coming. Check insulation on pipes, drain lines etc....expect high winds Thursday, move outdoor furniture in so it doesn't fly through your windows. If your gonna be out of town or need help with any of this give me a call. 281.450.9500.
