March & April have been crazy busy, and sometimes a girl forgets to post! 🤦🏻‍♀️🫠
We listed my client’s beautiful Creekside home in March, and there was a bit of anxiety. The EXACT same home, literally across the street sat on the market for 167 days, so we weren’t sure what to expect.
