To say it's been a BUSY 36 hours is an understatement. 😅 It started with a client call at 7am Friday to discuss his offer, a closing in Katy at 11am, showings in Tomball and then the Astros game last night! Between all of that, I was able to get 2 buyers offers negotiated and ACCEPTED!
