It's pretty obvious that this seller's market has presented several challenges for the active home buyer; and for those who find it a necessity to purchase in this market, becoming frustrated is almost inevitable. So why not salvage your emotional bank account by considering the purchase of a new construction home?

By going this route, you can avoid viewing 35 homes, submitting 8 offers, just to hear that dreaded & apologetic phrase..."I'm sorry, but the sellers went with a higher offer"!!!

If you happen to be flexible on the move in date, this option could prove to be much more beneficial...and who knows, the community you're interested in could have the ideal inventory home near completion.

The real estate industry almost seems to be changing on a weekly basis, and new construction is definitely not immune to the transition. Highlighted here today is the Marvida Community, one of the hottest subdivisions in Cypress,TX.

They've just recently started pre-selling in different stages, but these homes/lots are moving very fast...so fast, in some cases, you can inquire about a property on Monday, schedule an appointment for Thursday, and after arrival you find out that the price, and availability is drastically different than what was initially discussed. This can obviously become a little overwhelming, especially if it happens more than once!

So, if you're thinking of a purchasing a new home in Marvida/another neighborhood...Consider Reaching Out to an Agent who works Specializes in New Construction, they can help avoid/alleviate the frustration of dealing with builders on your own! The "Highly Anticipated Marvida Community" in Cypress, Texas has over 15 different builders...about 5-6 of those builders are already pre-selling lots and they're going fast! Something New.....

Once a month going forward, I plan on showcasing a community in the Houston Area that has a multitude of New Construction Opportunities available; each community will offer multiple floorplans and in most cases, multiple builders; and of those builders, I'll highlight once a week. This month's Community is...The Bridgeland Community in Cypress, TX.
