We’re talking:

It will be funded through a TIRZ, meaning as property values rise in this area, the increased tax revenue stays here and funds local infrastructure.

The Houston Texans are bringing their new headquarters and training complex to Bridgeland as part of the new Toro District development. Along with it comes new jobs, entertainment, restaurants, retail, and more community amenities that continue to make this area one of the most desirable places to live in Northwest Houston.

Growth like this brings opportunity, strengthens property values, and continues shaping Bridgeland into a destination community.
