We may have better technology now, but the actual job hasn’t changed all that much ✅ know the market, answer the phone, negotiate hard, solve problems and take care of your clients.

Although we might be keeping the power blazers. 💅🏽🏡

It’s happened to the best of us… you open the door for a showing and realize the house is, in fact, not empty. 😳😂

Maybe it’s a tenant who refuses to leave. Maybe it’s a seller who forgot there was a showing. Maybe someone is just casually watching TV like you didn’t just unlock the front door with a stranger. 🫠

Either way, nothing makes a home tour more awkward than finding a surprise human inside. But it does make for a funny story afterwards!

Sellers: please, please leave for showings. 😂 we love you, but promise your house shows better without you in it.

You know the floor plan.
You’ve analyzed every photo.
You’ve checked the price history.
You’ve mentally renovated the kitchen.
You know exactly where the Christmas tree is going.
