Please help us welcome Brooke Andrade to The Lippincott Team! 🏡

Brooke brings a unique perspective to real estate with 15 years in education, including six years teaching in Cy-Fair ISD. She didn’t just learn about the schools in this area, she taught in them and understands the neighborhoods that families are searching for.

She also holds a law degree, which comes in handy when helping buyers navigate builder contracts and understand exactly what they’re signing. While she’s not providing legal advice, she takes the time to explain escalation clauses, arbitration language, warranty terms, and the details that often get overlooked.

Brooke specializes in new construction across Cypress, Katy, Waller, and Tomball, helping first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and luxury buyers navigate the building process with confidence. Her husband Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in new home construction management, giving her even more insight into what happens behind the scenes.

As part of The Lippincott Team, Brooke combines her attention to detail with the support and resources of a full team serving Northwest Houston.
