The Sweetest Day in Real Estate - Closing Day(s).

Dear Stella & JJ Mikelonis. Where do I start dear Friends?
I heard a preacher say you don't pick your biological family and that few people realize, neither do you pick your spiritual family. When I reflect on how impactful a part of my life you have been I see the wisdom in his words.

Yesterday we close on the Home you're selling and today we close on your new home. A short 2 years ago I was making this same sweetest day in Real Estate post, thanking you for having me sell your Home.

You were the first clients I filmed talking about their home. You encouraged me when I was discouraged in making the video and were patient when it was taking too long.
You introduced me to Myra who has now become a most important, indispensable part of my life, ministry and business.

THANK YOU. YOU are way more than friends to me. You are FAMILY!!!. Tied together in the purpose of living in and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Sweetest Day in Real Estate - Closing Day !!!

Every closing is special. Our Heavenly Father teaches us that HE is our provider. It's taken a while (I am a slow learner)😊, BUT I think HE has finally ingrained this truth in me.

As I've learned this I feel in some transactions HE is 'whispering', teaching me traits like patience, trust, and perseverance. At other times like in THIS case today, HE practically yells HE is my provision.

My car goes to the shop. BMWs are notoriously expensive to repair. My friends and I pray.
Suddenly I get a call from a friend to sell her mother's house. A mere week and a half later we are close. Cash sale!!! and I am representing both sides which I rarely do.
Oh, and the car bill comes back far lower than I thought!!!

GLORY BE TO GOD!!!

In the words of Habbakuk
"Though the fig tree does not bud
and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,
