Following a Water Damage Event, a Mold Clearance Certificate is crucial In Maintaining a Properties’ Value including Safety & Health for Occupants. These events range from a Window Leak to a Natural Disaster such as Texas Winter Storm Uri being the most recent.


A Mold Clearance Certificate after a Water Damage Event or occurrence is known as a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation (CMDR). This Clearance Certificate is a Texas Department of Insurance document. This document is key when upholding the value of a property.
