Whew… this one almost had me in a chokehold.

I’ve been fighting for these sellers behind the scenes—
adjusting strategy, having tough conversations, pushing marketing, trying everything I could think of to get this home SOLD.

There were moments where it felt like…
“okay what else can we do?”

But today…
we are under contract.

It’s not done yet (because we don’t celebrate early over here 😅),
but I will say this:

Real estate is not just posting a house and hoping for the best.
It’s strategy, honesty, pressure, patience… and sometimes a whole lot of faith.
