It's often the most challenging experiences that teach you the greatest life lessons. Shifting from a rehab to a new construction project forced us to quickly learn a number of important factors about the real estate/construction industry such as the dynamics of county and city ordinances and how to screen for the right contractors and subcontractors. Even though it was a challenge, it was definitely worth it when a buyer says "I knew it was my house from the moment I walked in". Being able to deliver a beautiful home at an affordable price was definitely worth the initial challenges. Looking forward to the next!

We had an awesome weekend of Real Estate Investment Training in the ATL. One of the most memorable sessions was led by Kenneth Darby with Driven Real Estate Solutions, LLC. It was clear that his success is driven by his authenticity and his heart for helping people. We also met some down to earth investors this weekend such as Adam Harlan, Everton Muirhead, Marcelo Hernandez and Nicole Johnson. In the words of Adam Harlan, “It was a powerful weekend”. We have seen loved ones in situations where owning a property turned from being a blessing to a burden, both financially and emotionally. We aim to help people so they can be free from these circumstances and get on the path to the next chapter in their lives. We also love seeing the before and after of home improvements and the way it impacts the new homeowners and the surrounding neighborhood.
