Closing day today was super special. These are previous buyers that I helped a few years ago. When they moved back from Germany to Wesley chapel. They just closed on their home and they bought in Tierra verde. While we had a few hiccups at the end we still made it happen. I am so excited for them that they are close to the water and after all the places this townhome by far was the best one.
The other special thing is about 31/2 months ago I helped their brother and sister-in-law who were also my previous buyers find a townhome right down the street from them. Family is most important and these guys are great friends of mine.
We had a delay in closing so I spent the evening with all of them for dinner and drove home. I got to meet their daughter which she was so sweet. The daughter asked me "what's one thing you love about real estate?" Definitely the relationships and viewing homes lol. All of my clients become friends. These guys are definitely amazing friends.
