Some closings are about so much more than a piece of property. ❤️

This one was especially close to my heart. I had the privilege of helping a family I love deeply sell their longtime home place—a 1940s home crafted with so much love and character. From the wood walls, ceilings, and floors to the lap board siding, beautifully exposed rafter tails, and a classic front porch made for rocking and slowing down to enjoy life, every detail told a story.

Set on 19+/- beautiful acres with an old barn, this special place has been the backdrop for over 80 years of cherished memories made within this family. While it’s never easy to say goodbye to a place so full of history and heart, it was time for a new owner to begin making their own memories here.

It’s always bittersweet to close a chapter on a home that has meant so much, but I’m incredibly grateful for the trust placed in me to walk alongside them through this journey.
