Closed today on such an incredible story. There’s SO much to this story, but long story CONDENSED…
1. Seller and I talked on and off for several years about selling her house. They eventually listed, but not with me. 😞 However, I always felt like I was the one that was destined to sell the house.
2. Lacy Turner calls me one day saying she has a fabulous friend moving to Cleveland from another state to pastor a new church and wants me to help them.
3. I meet said family. They’re awesome. But we determine they’re on a pretty significant time crunch. They want their child to start school here.
4. We look at like 12 houses one day. One or two of them are okay, but nothing screams YES.
5. Between the three of us, our schedules are pretty hectic. So finding a day where all three of us were available at the same time to look at houses was pretty crazy.
6. We schedule a day, but it’s the ONLY day available for quite a while.
7. I scheduled 12 more houses to view, but one house never got confirmation to show.
8. The day before we were scheduled to see said houses, seller sends me a FB message and says that I had been on their heart for a while and they felt a push to message me that day. Turns out, their house never sold while listed. It had gone off-market and sellers were tired of the ups and downs of showings. I asked them what they wanted for the house and it was the perfect price point for my clients!
9. The time that worked for them just HAPPENED to be the block of time in our schedule where we were supposed to see the house that wouldn’t confirm.
10. Here we are.
