📍 **Daingerfield Days Vendor Update**

We plan to release the official vendor map by **Monday, September 28**, but first, we want to share a few important reminders.
When someone asks for a “good spot,” that can mean something different to everyone. Some vendors prefer shade, some want to be near a walkway, and others want to be close to the food trucks. With **more than 100 vendors**, arranging the map can be quite a puzzle!
We truly appreciate every vendor joining us. We look at the event as a whole and do our very best to accommodate requests while also trying not to place vendors selling similar products too close together. Unfortunately, with an event this large, we may not be able to make every placement exactly as requested—but please know that a great deal of thought goes into the layout.
⚡ **Electricity is very limited.** If you correctly indicated on your application that electricity was needed and your invoice has been paid, we have accommodated your request so far. This is why it is extremely important to complete the vendor form accurately.
We recently mapped the park again and were able to create a few additional vendor spaces!
🚨 **Important:** If you have an outstanding invoice, your space is **not secured**. At this point, the remaining spaces will be assigned on a first-completed, first-paid basis.
The vendor form is attached below. Once you submit the completed form, you will receive a Square invoice by email. As soon as payment is received, your space will be added to the vendor map and your business will receive a shout-out on our page!
