Vote yes for Proposition 2! Prop 2 will raise the homestead exemption for Texas homeowners from $25,000 to $40,000. This will save the average Texas homeowner $176 per year. This is the last day for early voting (May 3). The regular Election Day is Saturday, May 7. To vote on Election Day you will have to go to the polling place for your voting precinct. Your voting precinct can be found on your voter registration card. Here are the polling places for Dallam and Hartley Counties:
