Monica Goulding

Monica Goulding I treasure the opportunity to develop children and adults and obtained advanced degrees in Gifted and Talented Education and Organizational Leadership.

I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s degree in teaching and taught for five years in the Fort Bend Independent School District outside of Houston. I had the privilege of participating in the real estate boom in Sugar Land helping the district open two new middle schools while serving as a Team Leader of Sixth Grade teachers. I understand the importance of schools, academ

ic achievement, and prosperous businesses and the impact they have in the real estate markets. For over 30 years I worked for State Farm Insurance Companies. My passion for helping people and building organizations lent well to my experiences in Management, Contracts, Market Analysis, Human Resources, and Human Resource Development. In all my work experience, I have been very successful helping people and business prosper. Dallas is a dynamic and amazing city with tremendous opportunity. I’m a native Texan and love serving the community. While living in Austin, I enjoyed volunteering in the Austin Community and serving in leadership roles. I was President of Austin Chi Omega Alumnae Chapter and served on the Chi Omega Executive Board. I held multiple offices with the Austin Panhellenic Board and was named the 2017 Panhellenic Woman of the Year. This experience helped me as I consulted collegiate students at Texas State University. I’ve also held board positions with the South Texas Minority Business Council and the State Farm Federal Credit Union. In Dallas, I'm an active member of Chi Omega Alumnae and a volunteer in the medical community. I love developing young leaders. I was an original member of a charter leadership development group serving as a Grade Level Advisor for National Charity League. I worked as a team captain for Mobile Loaves and Fishes, a homeless outreach program. My hobbies include the studies of fashion and wine. I’m an owner/investor in a boutique winery in Sonoma County and have enjoyed watching this startup venture blossom. I know Dallas, the surrounding communities, school districts, and businesses! I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, and local economy. I'll do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. You'll be my only client in the real estate transaction and I'll guide you through the complexities of buying, selling or leasing a house. I’ll eliminate the hassles and stress. You'll have the advantage of personal, one-on-one attention, as well as my dynamic web and e-mail resources. I look forward to helping you achieve your dreams through real estate.
