Deandre is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor whose primary focus includes tenant representation, landlord representation, tenant driven retail development and property investments. Deandre’s wide-ranging experience in the business provides strong calculated decision-making capabilities, allowing his clients to capitalize on market optimization and financial outcomes. Overall, Deandre is passionate
about fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with his clients and feels professionally fulfilled by helping others achieve their business goals. Prior to Real Estate, Deandre gained good working knowledge of the financial markets and business industry from his position as a Risk and Financial Treasury Advisory Specialist at Deloitte (the largest professional services network by revenue and number of professionals in the world and is considered one of the Big Four accounting firms.) Outside of work, Deandre enjoys volunteering at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Dallas. He is proud to help uplift the next generation by helping students seek new opportunities and loves collaborating alongside the staff members. When Deandre is not working or volunteering, he enjoys traveling internationally, taking drone and street photography, and spending quality time with his friends and family. As a former Division-I athlete, he also enjoys watching college football.
