Both located in Van Alstyne, ‘Lockman Landing’ is our 3BR/2BA home that we once lived in and have since converted to an AirBnB! It is located outside of city limits on a little over 1/2 an acre.

Our little flip house is located in the heart of the city close to downtown Van Alstyne. It is now long-term rented to some great tenants.

The other one is rented traditionally and is located in the heart of town but I will still share before / after pictures occasionally because it was a massive project!
