After touring 90+ homes and executing (and terminating!) 4 contracts, my first-time home buyer client officially closed on their dream home!

It's a new construction, bungalow-style modern contemporary in the Bonton neighborhood of South Dallas.

A HUGE lesson learned: If you're shopping older, "flipped" homes in DFW under $250K, please, PLEASE, get a thorough inspection! We dodged a few bullets, and your safety and investment are top priority, regardless of price point.
