This year taught me something I used to take for granted.

Discipline.

There was a stretch where work, stress, and life took more out of me than I wanted to admit. The gym became "tomorrow." Then tomorrow became next week. Then months went by.

Getting back wasn't about finding motivation. It was about showing up anyway.

Some days that meant a full workout. Other days it meant 20 minutes and calling that a win.

What I've learned is that rebuilding doesn't happen all at once. It happens one small decision at a time.

If you've lost your motivation, energy, confidence, or a piece of yourself this year, don't count yourself out.

You can rebuild it.

To be honest, I almost didn't post this.

Last year was one of those seasons that tested my confidence more than once. Not because everything was falling apart, but because I started questioning myself more than I should have.

This year has felt different.

Not because it's been easier. But because I've become more intentional about where I spend my time, energy, and attention.

I've had more honest conversations with myself. More clarity. More peace.

And for the first time in a while, I'm enjoying this business again instead of just pushing through it.

If you're in a difficult season right now, keep going. Things can change more than you think. 🤍

I'm going to trust my nose over my eyes every single time 👃🏡

Fresh paint everywhere? Maybe.

Air fresheners plugged into every outlet? 🚩

That musty smell near the baseboards? Bigger 🚩

A house can look perfect in photos and still have issues hiding beneath the surface.

Years of working in property management taught me something: your eyes catch the upgrades, but your nose catches the problems.

Sometimes the first red flag isn't what you see.
It's what you smell.
