This was a special one to get under contract. This client and her teenage daughter were at every showing together & it reminded me of my youth & how I would go from property to property with my own mother (she is a Broker in FL). I am elated that they both gave the stamp of approval & we were able to get it under contract - on Mothers Day of all days!🥳

Inspections have been completed & the appraisal has been ordered - next stop, the closing table! 🤩

What is the max amount you are willing to spend to purchase a home? Whatever that number is for YOU specifically, search for homes between $5k-$15k below that price point so you have room wiggle room to offer over asking.
