🙌🏼Huge congratulations to Kelsey and John on officially getting the keys to their new home!

This one wasn’t without its twists. The house needed some TLC, and we even walked away at one point. But when the seller came back ready to tackle the repairs, everything fell into place.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about real estate, it’s that the only predictable thing is how unpredictable it can be. 😅

Sometimes life throws unexpected changes, and selling a home comes sooner than planned.

When David and Ether first stepped inside, I told them, “This is your house.” A few years later, it was time to say goodbye.

Though the market said it should take 2 months to sell, with proper prep, staging, and marketing, we sold it on day one, at the first showing!

Presentation matters and when done right, it makes a difference.

This sweet couple was referred to me by someone I went to high school with back in Elko, Nv, which made this one even more special! 🙏🏼

I like to give my clients homework of touring new neighborhoods and to pop in to open houses for a period of time before we get serious about their search. Because three are SO many GREAT options in Texas, this helps to narrow down and hone in on areas. It will give you insight to see what you like or don’t like about different locations and gives you and idea of the type of home you can purchase in the price point you are shopping.

Cole and Alina did exactly that so when it was time to get serious about looking, they quickly knew what house felt like home! Snagged this one the first hour it was on the market 😍

It can be a bit overwhelming to buy a house in a city you aren’t familiar with. We spent several weeks looking at different areas and exploring to make sure they felt confident about their decision.
