Tuesday Tip: ☝🏼if just starting out in real estate find these three things immediately.
- find a niche to work in 🔨🏠
- find a mentor to learn from 🧠
- find partners to work with 👍🏻👍🏽
When you first starting out on a potential flip/rent house/air bnb/ or small business typically you wont have a lot of resources. Money will be low, 🕰️ time will be limited when first building a business, 🕑🕒 and the workload can only be divided by yourself if starting alone. ✋🏽🤚🏽But with one or two partners however, you can delegate different responsibilities. Everyone has their own strengths and most likely a partner will bring value that alone you cannot. Two minds are always better than one. 🧠 🧠 Find you someone you can trust and that has similar goals for the project as you do!
Also being able to assist with the financial load can help you get into your first deal. Without good partners like , Mr. A Sep., and my father I never would’ve been able to even dive into my first few flips without the help of partners. I needed them to assist with the deal or I wouldn’t have been able to do the deal at all! Do whatever makes sense to get your first step in and get moving. 🏃♂️ 🔨🔧
