Fort Worth Market Update🏡📈

Could the market be showing signs of cooling down?
Fort Worth prices per square foot have gone up. However, sellers are now accepting offers that are closer to their listing price. Compared to June, when they were getting a 3.3% over asking price, so far this month, this number has been reduced to 1.1%.

Markets are inherently unpredictable, but we will keep monitoring its trends. One thing is for sure, it is still hot As Fire 🔥. Which means that having a good Realtor on your side can make a big difference.........................................................................................

My mom told me that grooming is expensive so now I am helping hunt homes for her clients…

A lot of people are buying homes for their fur babies anyways so I would know better. This new community is really coming along 😍.

I still remember been in the library of my school when my teacher started crying and stopped the documentary we were watching. Her son was working on one of the towers…

I’m sure we all remember where we were and what we were doing on this tragic day.

My heart goes to all those that lost a loved one and all the people that worked day and night on saving lives.

2020-2021 has been a Sellers' market. The percentage of the sold price over the listing price has been going up. The average price per square foot is up 18% in Dallas and 26% in Fort Worth. We are starting to see an increase in active listings (increase supply). It will be interesting to see how will this reflect in the market trends in the following months.

Regardless if it's a Seller's Market or a Buyer's Market, having a Realtor on your side to navigate it may help you get the best deal.
