I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and learned about the value of real estate early in my teenage years. My parents spent most of their free time flipping properties to sell or lease and now own about 10 rental properties. I own a few myself. ave experience working with new constructions, vacant lots and rural land. I work closely with lenders that offer a variety of mortgage loans and first time home buyer programs. If you need a contact for a lender that helps ITIN borrows, they are available as well. For my investors, I have some contacts for hard money loans. Because most of my clients work full time jobs during the week, most of my showings take place on the weekends or weekday evenings. I am always available via phone or text 24/7 unless I am out of town. I want to be as available as possible for my clients with what could be one of their biggest purchases of their life. Along with guiding my clients, I like to teach them for their own knowledge. In my opinion, teaching not only helps my clients with future purchases or sales but also it allows them to trust me on a deeper level, therefore bringing in more referrals. I genuinely love what I do. I love the flexibility and I love the confidence it gives me. Real estate has made me a better person overall.
