While totally agree with Jared that you should 100% be looking for a qualified agent… I want to make the distinction that just because you do less, doesn’t equate to you not being knowledgeable.
In reality, it probably means you know your limits ✨
I did 6 transactions in 2025 but I know what I’m doing!
I’m a full time mom & a full time agent… which means sometimes there is a push and pull where I’m a part time agent or sacrificing mom… 😵💫🤪 I have limits & boundaries, and because I know them, I chose to not take on more than I can thoughtfully handle!
My priorities are being with my daughter while she is little & making sure EACH of my clients feel taken care of during (more importantly still after) our process together!
I am still navigating & proceeding this way in 2026!
I currently have 4/5 transactions cooking for Q1/Q2 👏🏼
All friends for years, no marketing, and it may be that way for a while longer. That may be it, maybe not, either way is okay!
It’s a season of life! I can always be top 7% later.. I can’t get this time back.
