I'm so incredibly happy for my seller friends, who are truly like family! They are my oldest friends from the metroplex. We met in 2011 and have seen each other grow our families and careers ever since.

We listed on March 27th and were under contract by April 9th with an offer above asking.

Took the day off teaching to attend an Airbnb host forum in Dallas. But first went to have lunch with my daughter. Then, I surprised the hubs w some matcha at his office. Soon after, I jumped on a call with my client to prep his home and list in 2 weeks!

I wish February lasted a few more days. We had a few firsts. My daughter ran her first 5k, had her first horseback riding class, and tried pottery.
Love experiencing life through her eyes.

As for me, I was gifted a Glassblowing class. Something I had always wanted to try! & We also ended the month with new clients! Listing in Fort Worth coming soon!
