Sold Story: For me, selling a home is never just about the closing day, but this one was extra special. I met this sweet family as a referral from a sweet friend when they moved here two years ago. They initially rented as they figured out the area and where they wanted to be.

Once we hit the ground running to find them a home, we ran into so many obstacles. They lost in multiple offers more than 5 times (yes, even in this slower market there are multiple offer situations), but they never gave up.

At the end of the journey they found a great home on beautiful land in a growing community to raise their sweet kids. I can't wait to see what they do with the house and all the memories they make during this chapter!

I'm so thankful for their trust and friendship and being able to navigate this with them, even when it wasn't easy and they had to pivot so many times!
