Friends. It’s a phenomenal time to buy…. What?! Why you ask?…..

The last 2 years were unsustainable. So many buyers were priced out of the market. Winning offers were 15-30% over asking. In some cases that’s $150k plus with no inspections no appraisals.

Now, market is correcting. Prices are improving. Many more buyers can re-enter the buying market. And…. yes interest rates are 7% but as a buyer you save a lot of money by paying slightly more on your mortgage than $100-$150k over market value. Additionally, Interest rates will change. And you can always refinance to ride the rate down to where you want to lock in. Not to mention. Sellers are starting to offer mortgage rate buy downs to further attract buyers. Conclusion : It’s still a great time to buy.
