Hello!
Here is the Market Data for May & June for the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Market is showing more prominent signs of softening. Home prices are slightly decreasing, the number of closed sales (homes sold) is down, the number of active listings is up (more homes on the market), and months inventory is up, month-over-month. Anecdotally, I've noticed more homes sitting on the market longer and more price decreases occurring. While we're still in a "sellers'" market, it appears to SLOWLY be headed to a "buyers'" market.
